Construction recruitment has evolved.
We help contractors protect their margins and improve their cashflow with fixed-price resourcing support from £200/month.

We set you up with an employer account on our exclusive, construction-only, zero-agency job board.
We promote your jobs to a highly relevant network of potential candidates, just as a recruitment agency would.
All applications go directly to you, allowing you to review them and hire directly - increasing your level of control and saving you £££s.
1. Take control
Let's face it, when you hire through an agency, you often haven't a clue who's coming to site. And here's a little secret: neither do they. Chances are, if your agency is taking a while to fill a job, it means they haven't got anyone. If you're going to take a chance, you really might as well do it yourself. Have a chat; check their tickets; ring their references; take a punt. That's what agencies do.
2. Reduce your agency spend
How much is your agency making a week on top of each worker's wage? £150? £200? Maybe more, depends on the job. And fair enough, no-one expects agencies to work for free. But think of the impact on your margins if you reduced your agency reliance by even a few timesheets. Could easily be thousands a week.
And we've not even mentioned what they charge if you want to take someone on permanently 👀
3. Relevant profiles
Sounds like you need Indeed! Well, maybe. The big job boards have colossal reach, which is good as it tends to mean a decent number of applications per job. But it's not so good when you need a Joiner in Liverpool and a retired Spaceman from Norwich keeps applying. We're only targeting construction, and our candidate registration process is designed to keep things relevant, so you shouldn't have that problem.
4. Proactive support
The big job boards won't go out of their way to help you attract candidates. We proactively promote your vacancies to a huge network of relevant, industry specific candidates to give your job the best chance of being filled.
